Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Bids & Proposals Department for international projects. We are looking for at least 10 years experienced individuals who will work as Business Development Manager to lead the preparation of technical proposals for internationally funded projects. As a part of the responsibilities, she/he will:
Classify all tender documents received from the Client, understanding the terms & conditions, whereby identify the technical and commercial requirement of the Client,
Analyze REoI/RfQ/RfI documents and assess conditions to evaluate eligibility,
Contribute to the writing of proposal sections, managing the pre-qualification, invitations and request for proposals,
Liaise with a wide variety of international partners during the preparation of bids & proposalsCoordinate preparation of the required documentation for the proposals & bids,
Examine and understand the RfP/RfQ documents, and write the proposal sections accordingly.
Required Skills
- B.Sc. in Engineering or Architecture or any other relevant discipline
- Good understanding of the construction principles
- Good understanding of responsibilities and liabilities of project parties
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English
- Excellent team-work skills
- Ability to do own time management
- Able to work in tight deadlines and flexible hours.
