For one of our projects within Radiometer Solutions Operations we are hiring a Project Engineer who will be connected to Global Strategic Projects team in our growing site in Stargard in Poland and work on planning and executing the next phase of the project.
As our new Project Engineer you can expect to build strong relationships with our ambitious and friendly colleagues in Stargard and on the different sites in Copenhagen, Finland, Switzerland, US, and China.
The Project Engineers will be participating in planning the project and will join in securing the optimal solution with the required quality and within the time and budget defined for the specific project. This will involve you working together with engineering, production, quality, supply chain and spending time on scoping, planning, controlling project timeline, mitigating risks but also preparing requirements and documentation for equipment.
You will be a part of the Strategic Projects Execution team and report to the Senior Manager responsible for executing strategic transfer projects within Operations. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class project management organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute operations projects within budget defined.
Prepare requirements and purchase manufacturing equipment.
Prepare required documentation and validations.
Monitor project sustainment phase.
Build appropriate relationships with value stream, quality, maintenance team.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Technical knowledge of chemical, electronic or mechanical engineering e.g., experience with specification and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
Min 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry (automotive or medical will be an advantage).
Languages: Polish – fluent; English - min. upper intermediate (B2).
Highly productive and performance-oriented, analytical, team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience in working virtually, digitally with other sites (Teams, Sharepoint) and in virtual project management tools eg. MIRO, iObeya.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Project execution in a global environment
