Roles & Responsibilities
1 . Responsible for the design of the in-game commercialization system, payment performance and activities
2. Responsible for the planning and deployment of game commercialization resources
3. Based on data and feedback, continuously optimize the commercialization system and resource deployment Strategy
4. Constantly excavate and explore the content and depth of commercialization, and improve the paid space and paid user experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than three years of experience in game commercialization planning or operation, independently responsible for the production of complete commercialization systems and commercialization resources
2. Have a deep understanding and enthusiasm for the FPS category, and have rich experience in FPS mobile games
3. Familiar with users and products, have participated in or led the development of at least one product and successfully launched it4. Self-motivated, good communication skills and team communication skills, have a certain ability to resist pressure.
