Key duties & responsibilities
- CRM management/ back-end admin and sales support (inc sending out and following up questionnaires & info from clients)
- Email triage, interact and respond to customer queries through emails
- Scheduling and management of diary
- Workshop, event and service support and preparation
- General PA/EA admin duties, including ad hoc duties as delegated
- Community engagement (proactive and reactive) across our social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook Groups
- Task management (Trello and CRM)
- Professional development management, booking and logging events
- Data entry and database management, data mining, plus filing, export/import files
- Process integration and automations
- Manage google reviews, testimonials and feedback mechanisms
- Follow brand guidelines
Potential future duties
- (Potentially) build email campaigns, social media campaigns, event campaigns etc in alignment with the digital strategy
- (Potentially) reporting and data collation of results of social media campaigns
- (Potentially) Can do Miro flowchart
- (Potentially) Proposals, document or graphic image creation

Professional Knowledge/Skills
- Quick worker, with attention to detail and good time management skills

- Proficient in IT systems, with strong computer and various program skills (Canva, Google OneDrive, Outlook, etc)
- Project management tools experience is advantageous (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Solid experience with CRMs and great knowledge in Excel spreadsheet
- Knowledge in marketing and sales support
- Desired but not essential: AI experience and Xero (data entry and reconciliation)
