As part of our global expansion, we are looking for dynamic and ambitious persons to join our team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities :
Handle receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering phone calls and managing mailings and maintain contact lists.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support to visitors.
Work closely with administration department.
Assist in all official duties such as filing, data entry and office equipment, etc.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments.
Qualifications:
Good telephone manner, pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Punctuality, sense of responsibility.
Strong communication & problem solving skills.
Responsible, initiative, able to work independently and able to work under pressure.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
