About Our Client
Our client is looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Officer/ Call Centre Opertor that will support the smooth running of their Mascott office.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and make a positive contribution to the work environment.
There is the opportunity to be a strong advocate for the office culture, have positive interactions with external customers and internal employees, as well as coordinating the office and the customer experiance team.

Your New Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Deliver timely customer services in person, over the phone or across multi-communication channels in line with established customer service standards.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, needs, concerns and suggestions in a timely manner to improve and maintain quality of service in line with performance measures.
  • Promote companies programs and services and educate customers to enable their easier access to companies services, technology and information.
  • Assist in the delivery of enhanced business systems and processes in consultation with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Undertake other duties including lodgement of applications, receipting and daily reconciliation in line with established procedures.
  • Act as a ‘Process Champion’ and actively participate in the review, development and implementation of customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Promote the positive and collaborative culture and values of the organisation through open, fair and transparent decision making and ethical, professional behaviour.
  • Work in collaboration with and assist the team, manager and other key stakeholders to achieve business unit goals, work requests, demands and companies priorities.
What will help you succeed
To be successful for this position you should:
  • Highly organised and able to manage varying responsibilities
  • Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Previous experiance managing high volume phone inquiries.

  • Responding to enquiries across multiple channels of communication whilst ensuring consistent customer service and professional assistance.
  • Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to maintain a quality level of service and a positive customer experience.
  • Directing customers and stakeholders to the appropriate information, resources and channels in a manner that maintains a positive customer experience and ongoing relationships.
  • esponding to a range of enquiries and work demands given a high volume environment.
