About the Role


Cartology is seeking a Delivery Lead to join our growing delivery team. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects across multiple teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of data and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management, along with knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.

Key deliverables include:

  • Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of digital screens, infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Applying agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to plan, execute, and deliver projects effectively and iteratively.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, Tech Leads, developers, and quality assurance teams, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team, promoting transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing issues and obstacles to maintain project momentum.
  • Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the project plan.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members on agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Driving a customer-centric approach, ensuring that delivered solutions meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders and end-users.
  • Contributing to the evolution of Ways of Working by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies and project management, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the team.


About You

You’re an experienced delivery professional and passionate, and pragmatic, about agile. You have a strong appetite for learning, as well as for teaching, coaching, and mentoring others. Your experience to date has been gained with digital screens, infrastructure and technology projects

You will also have:

  • A proven track record in value-based delivery, coordinating large initiatives across multiple Teams.
  • An energetic and engaging approach, able to drive and inspire the teams to tackle systemic challenges.
  • A demonstrated capability to build, develop and navigate relationships both inside and outside of the team - including with senior stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable with complex product domains, competing priorities, and a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Experience as a Delivery Lead, Agile Project Manager, or similar role, delivering digital screens, infrastructure and technology projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficient in using project management tools, such as JIRA or Smartsheets.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and high-performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.


The following experience and knowledge will be highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of data management, analytics, and technology domains, with an understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are a plus.
  • Experience in a Advertising or Media environment
  • Experience tailoring Agile ways of working for non-software contexts (e.g. Operations or Infrastructure)
  • Evidence of continuous and recent learning in Agile methods or other role-related skills
  • Fluency with common Enterprise Agile Portfolio tools
