Job Description
As a Mechanical Innovation Manager for new energy power electronic products, you will be responsible for:

As a Mechanical Innovation Manager for new energy power electronic products, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Innovation of potential new ME concept
- Lead Benchmark regarding ME technical solution and TCO estimation
- Lead Generation and road-map planning for Mechanical
- Lead Cross product standard design technical selection ( low power inverter & eCompressor / 2WP )
Qualifications
'- Master degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, motor, etc.,
Additional Information
'- Master degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, motor, etc.,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, or product management, or industry consulting or other fileds
- Project experience in power electronic products, such as inverter, converter, charger, and all different integrations;
- Have innovative mindset;
- Good strategic planning and overview;
- Good leadership, or leadership potential;
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
