Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for keeping the principles of the Environment Policy and the Occupational Health & Safety Policy and to follow the rules within LEGO Group.
- Keep high standard level of shipping and customs processes to meet and exceed LEGO company objectives.
- Focus and responsible for smooth cooperation with all shipping customers to cover their existing needs and provides shipping services on expected levels, suggest possible improvements in shipping processes and make them alive.
- Following global shipping policy, set up the inbound and outbound process, in regarding direct & indirect production materials and finish goods, together with related parties. Ensure operation is in compliance with the requirement relative to Customs.
- Manage toll manufacturing E-Book, to control the bonded material from receiving, production consumption/scrap to FG getting the customs E-book well balanced.
- Keep close communication and daily dialogue with some local Authorities: Customs. As well as some agents like clearance brokers etc. to ensure all activities are aligning with current China legislation.
- Responsible to have the close communication with global shipping team and the shipping team from different site shipping team. Make sure close communicated and related.
- Manage the broker and other 3rd party to ensure the service delivered and behavior acted meet LEGO requirement.
- For executing of the tasks listed in job content as well as other tasks based on manager's requirements with the maximum effort and on expected quality level.
- Be able to support and substitute all shipping local team members.
Play your part in our team succeeding
- Minimum 5 years in shipping-Import/export, with knowledge of planning, purchasing or warehousing is preferred.
- Experienced in logistic processes.
- College or Above
- PC Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
- SAP and Customs E-book is advantage.
- Frequent English in written and speaking
