Responsibilities:
- Own the schedule; own the patient care goals
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Confirm appointments
- Fill cancellations for the current day and the next day
- Convert leads into new patient appointments
- Take ownership of upset callers and escalations
Requirements:
- High energy; love for sales
- Fluent (C1) English and Spanish
- Reliable internet, computer, and webcam
- Tech savvy problem solver
- Bright and bubbly personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
