Our client is based in the city center of Barcelona and they are catered to providing language courses and travel packages to international students. This job will include a variety of activities, including managing your own sales pipeline and consulting customers before, during and after their travel period. You will be in charge of providing a unique and personalized experience to each student.
Tasks
- Handling reservation procedures and maintaining client records in the CRM system
- Offering support to clients prior to, during, and post their stay
- Managing invoice collection and ensuring payment receipt
- Providing help when any issue occurs
- Providing customized guidance for each customer, with detailed information about the program
- Supporting specifically assigned projects and various tasks that pop up during the way
- One year of experience in Customer Service jobs
- Able to work in a team, but also autonomously
- You're a great listener, empathic and organised
